Hello! I am Mrs. Celeste Olsen. I teach 7th and 8th grade Social Studies. I have been teaching at St. Matthew since August of 2000. I taught high school for 2 years and worked at a local hospital before becoming a middle school teacher. I am also a registered nurse, have an MBA, and a Library Science certificate. Needless to say, I love school---going to it and teaching it!
My husband, Matthew, and I have a daughter, Iona, who is a student at St. Matthew.
Some of my favorite things about being a part of St. Matthew School is that I get to bring my faith into the classroom, and I get to work with really great people. I also love that I am working where my daughter goes to school. It is a blessing to be able to see her throughout the day.
