My name is Stephanie Goebel. I teach 7th and 8th grade math. I earned a master's degree in Education from Truman State University in 2004. I have been part of the St. Matthew team since 2011- starting in the parish office before moving to be part of the school administration in January of 2019 and back to the classroom in 2024. Prior to St. Matthew, I taught at St. Malachy in Rantoul.

I am married to my husband, Mike, and we have 4 daughters ranging from 5th grade to junior in college, all of whom attend or attended St. Matthew. I love the community and our mission here and I love being back in the classroom! Teaching math has always been a passion of mine and I'm excited to share it and my Catholic faith with my students. There is no place I'd rather teach!
